What changed

Ship visuals are connected to a consumer on the client: the data no longer ends in an unused code path. Ship importing is also corrected to preserve node transforms, which determine the positions of model parts.

Lifeboat 11501 passes a geometry review, and its reference width is adjusted to match a measurement. Character outline work continues. Settlement-founding checks uncover a separate defect: a success message did not yet guarantee that a settlement had actually been created.

Still in progress

The lifeboat delivery did not include oars. Settlement founding had a known defect and is not presented here as complete.
